CTMS was developed by illuminance Solutions after working closely with Indigenous Corporations facing challenges in managing members, governance, and compliance across disconnected systems.

Existing solutions were often complex, difficult to use, or not aligned with the realities of how Corporations operate.

CTMS was created to address these challenges with a system that is easy to sue, practical, accessible, and built around real needs.
